About the Role
True Talent Group is looking for a driven Contract Marketing & Creative Recruiter to help identify, engage, and place top-tier marketing, creative, and digital professionals. In this role, you’ll be at the center of the talent ecosystem—building strong pipelines, cultivating relationships, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.

This position plays a critical role in sourcing and recruiting contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire talent. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and hiring partners to understand business needs and match them with outstanding candidates. What You’ll Do

• Source and attract top marketing, creative, and digital talent through networking, referrals, online sourcing, and industry connections
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles
• Review resumes, conduct candidate screenings, and assess qualifications and cultural fit
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates for current and future opportunities
• Conduct interviews via phone, video, and in-person formats
• Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring teams
• Prepare and coach candidates for interviews to ensure strong outcomes
• Conduct reference checks and assist with background screening processes
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with timely communication and feedback
• Serve as a brand ambassador for True Talent Group within the marketing and creative community
• Stay informed on recruiting trends, tools, and best practices to continually elevate the hiring process

What You Bring

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, including at least 1 year recruiting within marketing, creative, or digital talent
• Demonstrated success sourcing and placing high-quality candidates using modern recruiting tools and methods
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and digital sourcing strategies
• Strong understanding of candidate evaluation, screening techniques, and recruitment best practices
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
• A strong sense of urgency and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment technologies
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
