We’re searching for a Video Project Manager with operations and process chart to support a high-performing in-house creative team. This role is built for a seasoned Creative Video Project Manager who thrives on bringing clarity, process, and momentum to creative teams. You’ll step in as the operational backbone for video production—owning intake, timelines, workflows, and post-production execution so the creative team can stay focused on what they do best.

You understand the entire video lifecycle and aren’t just comfortable with post-production—you anticipate it. You see inefficiencies before they become problems, build systems where none exist, and help teams get through the important work that often gets deprioritized. What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end project management for video projects, from intake through final delivery
• Build, document, and maintain SOPs for video production and post-production workflows
• Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resourcing in Wrike
• Lead intake meetings, production check-ins, and post-production reviews
• Partner closely with creative, video, and production teams to keep work moving efficiently
• Oversee asset management, server organization, footage intake, and version control
• Anticipate post-production needs during pre-production to reduce rework and delays
• Hold internal teams and external partners accountable to scope, deadlines, and quality
• Identify workflow gaps and implement process improvements that increase team throughput

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in creative or video project management (agency or in-house)
• Strong understanding of the full video production lifecycle, with deep post-production awareness
• Proven ability to build processes and SOPs from the ground up
• Hands-on experience with Wrike or similar project management tools (Wrike preferred)
• High level of organization, follow-through, and execution focus
• Comfort working across creative, technical, and operational teams
• Clear communicator who can confidently lead meetings and manage stakeholders
• Calm, solutions-oriented mindset with a bias toward action
• Knowledge of Wrike or implementing Wrike highly desired
