We’re looking for a strategic and skilled Contract Communications Consultant to cover a six-month assignment for a large tech company. In this role, you’ll collaborate on employee communications projects with a focus on benefits and/or compensation communications. This position starts in June and you must reside in MN, TX, IL, VA or WI to be considered. Is it you?

THE ROLE:

This role will help translate complex topics into accessible and engaging content, while working closely with internal partners and subject matter experts. The ideal candidate is collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

• Support strategy and execution of internal communications related to compensation and total rewards
• Write and edit content for various channels including employee emails, websites, newsletters, and digital displays
• Partner with creative, HR, and leadership teams to ensure consistency and clarity in messaging
• Help coordinate project timelines, communication plans, and approvals
• Ensure content adheres to brand tone and internal style guidelines

THE QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5–7 years of experience in internal communications
• Strong portfolio of writing samples
• Strong understanding of compensation and HR-related communications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working on multi-channel campaigns and comms timelines
• Collaborative mindset with experience in cross-functional environments
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field
• Apple suite experience (Keynote, Pages, Numbers) is preferred
