We’re looking for a Markting/ Creative Project Coordinator who thrives at the intersection of imagination and execution. THE ROLE:

In this role, you’ll keep multiple projects moving across creative and clients and cross-functional collaborators.  You’ll lead multiple marketing projects across different platforms and media, anticipate roadblocks and swoop in with solutions before anyone notices!

Responsibilities

• Assist account and project managers in initiation and implementation of project inquiries from across the organization; intake assigned tactical requests ensuring information is complete and clear
• Partner with team members to resolve outstanding issues that could impact timely completion of deliverables
• Develop and manage project schedules, including communicating timing, identifying actions/barriers that impact established timelines and ensuring all project collaborators are kept up to date on project needs
• Support the tracking and reporting of department metrics
• Support annual department document review and refresh to adhere to compliance standards
• Other duties as assigned 

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for Work visa or Residency Sponsorship

• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks with high degree of attention to detail
• Strong attention to detail
• 3+ years of successful experience in creative or marketing project management
• Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks
• Ability to change focus and provide context in a rapidly changing environment
• Ability to follow and maintain operational processes
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
