We are looking for an innovative Graphic Designer with strong leadership skills to partner with a well-known brand. This is an ongoing contract position, 40 hours a week on-site in the southeast suburbs with a fabulous internal brand and creative agency. THE ROLE:

As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in elevating our client’s marketing through compelling brand and visual design. This position is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in print design, some digital skills, and exceptional typography expertise. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, contribute fresh ideas, and execute high-quality creative work in a fast-growing company.

This role requires both hands-on design execution and the ability to adapt to an established creative workflow while maintaining a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.

Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality print materials that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Support digital design efforts as needed, ensuring consistency across platforms.
• Apply strong typography skills to enhance visual storytelling and brand presence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine concepts and execute creative initiatives.
• Adapt to feedback with a positive, solution-oriented approach.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Required: 2 - 7 years of experience in an agency or in-house corporate design role.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Demonstrated expertise in print design and typography; digital experience is a plus.
• Experience presenting creative ideas and effectively communicating with team members.
• Ability to work on-site four days per week in Cottage Grove, MN.
