THE ROLE

As a Digital Commerce Analyst manage a enterprise web analytics platforms and developing insightful KPIs, dashboards, reports and analyses that enhance our digital channels' performance. The ultimate goal is to deliver actionable insights that improve customer experience and boost ecommerce performance.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

You’ll use your strong data and analytics background to interpret data quickly, transform analytics into actionable reports, prioritize competing requests, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Proficiency in SEO, CRM, Web Platforms, Google Analystics, MS applications (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Copilot) and intellectual curiosity are essential.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

• Education & Experience: 4 years of analytics experience, preferably in an agency, or in house corporate data team.
• At least 2 years using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Looker Studio.
• Experience with Google Ads, Google Cloud / Big Query, other related analytics tools and BI / database products preferred.
• Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to work with limited direction, interpret broad requests, and find answers.
• Adaptability: Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with shifting priorities.
• Collaboration: Strong ability to take direction, accept feedback, and partner with internal stakeholders.
• Communication: Comfortable interacting with corporate teams and understanding business needs.
