As a Field Medicare sales agent, you will be responsible for selling Medicare Advantage products to consumers in person as well as building community relationships.

Position Description:
-Build community relationships, drive self-generated sales and meet sales goals and metrics while working independently
-Answer questions regarding medical care and coverage
-Assist customers in evaluating their needs and selecting the best healthcare plan solution in a consultative manner
-Help sell insurance products and services to new and existing customers.
-Recognizing and complying with our performance standards for quality, performance, attendance and schedule adherence.

Position Requirements:
- 2+ years of Medicare Sales Experience 
-Valid state insurance license: 2-15 or 2-40
-Self-motivated with a drive to succeed! 
-Must be released or able to obtain release from current upline for Medicare carriers and employer
