TITLE LEVEL REPORTS TO RN Emergency Room Full Time Mid-Level Emergency Department Director

• Associate degree from an accredited professional nursing school required
• Certifications: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required upon hire
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required upon hire
• Arizona Registered Nurse and/or Compact State Registered Nurse Required
• 1 Year as ER RN required
• TNCC Certification preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• ENPC certification preferred
• 3 years' experience RN ER

• The Emergency Services Registered Nurse promotes and restores patients' health by completing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care for a given population based upon age specific and cultural needs.
• This is done in a collaborative multidisciplinary approach embracing quality and safety and providing physical and psychological support along with healthcare continuum
