We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a cross-functional team focused on delivering business and technology solutions that drive measurable results. This role serves as a vital link between business stakeholders and technology teams, helping define requirements, analyze processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and guide solutions from concept through delivery.

As a trusted advisor, you will partner with product managers, engineers, designers, and subject matter experts to ensure business needs are translated into clear, actionable requirements that support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend future-state solutions.
• Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements for medium to large initiatives.
• Translate business needs into user stories, features, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with stakeholders across multiple teams to align solutions with business objectives.
• Support Agile delivery teams throughout planning, development, testing, and implementation.
• Coordinate and facilitate business testing activities, including test planning and execution.
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks to help drive successful project outcomes.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and serve as a subject matter resource within the organization.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of business analysis experience.
• Proven experience gathering requirements and analyzing business processes.
• Experience working across multiple business areas, teams, or functional domains.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.
• Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Jira, SQL, Power BI, Adobe Analytics, process mapping, or user research.
• Experience creating test plans and supporting user acceptance testing.
• Knowledge of wireframing, product demonstrations, and business process improvement initiatives.
• Relevant business analysis certifications or industry credentials.
