We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Technology Platform Product organization. In this role, you will partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and business stakeholders to define product strategy, establish priorities, and drive the delivery of technology platform capabilities that support enterprise-wide initiatives.

You will play a key role in translating business and technology needs into actionable product plans, managing roadmaps and backlogs, and ensuring product investments deliver measurable value and strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product strategies, roadmaps, and priorities aligned with organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and business teams to define product requirements and translate strategic goals into executable plans.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs, balancing business value, technical dependencies, risk, and capacity.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders and communicate priorities, progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Define success metrics and use data-driven insights to inform product decisions and prioritization.
• Lead initiatives from strategy through execution while ensuring alignment with broader business and technology objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve platform capabilities, operational efficiency, and user experiences.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management, technical product management, or related experience.
• Proven experience developing product strategy and translating business and technical needs into product priorities and outcomes.
• Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, dependencies, and prioritization activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience partnering closely with engineering, architecture, and technology teams.
• Ability to effectively influence and collaborate across product, engineering, and business functions.
• Experience managing technology products or platforms within complex enterprise environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience defining and measuring KPIs, OKRs, or other product success metrics.
• Experience with cloud platforms, infrastructure, developer platforms, or enterprise technology products.
• Experience working within large, complex enterprise organizations.
• Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies and tools such as Jira or Jira Align.
