As a key member of the Technology Platform Product team, you will own product roadmaps, manage priorities and dependencies, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technology investments.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain product strategy, roadmaps, and priorities aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and business teams to translate business and technical requirements into actionable product initiatives.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs, balancing business value, technical dependencies, risk, and capacity.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders and communicate priorities, progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Establish and track product metrics to measure success and inform product decisions.
• Lead initiatives from strategy through execution while ensuring alignment to broader business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to enhance platform capabilities, operational efficiency, and user experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management, technical product management, or related experience.
• Proven experience managing technology products or platforms within complex enterprise environments.
• Experience working with APIs, API platforms, integrations, or API-enabled capabilities.
• Strong experience developing product roadmaps, managing backlogs, prioritizing work, and driving execution.
• Ability to partner effectively with engineering and architecture teams and navigate technical concepts and trade-offs.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience defining and measuring KPIs, OKRs, and product success metrics.
• Experience with cloud platforms, infrastructure, developer platforms, or enterprise technology products.
• Experience working in large, matrixed organizations with diverse technology and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies and tools such as Jira or Jira Align.
