Senior Microsoft Platform Engineer

Location: Seattle, WA (3 days per week onsite)
Type: Contract-to-Hire
Work Authorization: U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder

Overview

Seeking a hands-on Microsoft Platform Engineer to manage and modernize Microsoft 365 and enterprise endpoint management environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft 365, Intune, and SCCM/Configuration Manager.

• Support Windows endpoint management, Autopilot, and application deployment.

• Lead patch management, endpoint compliance, and security initiatives.

• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation workflows.

• Optimize device management and Microsoft platform performance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of infrastructure, endpoint engineering, or Microsoft platform experience.

• 5+ years of Microsoft 365 and SCCM experience.

• 3+ years of Intune experience.

• Strong PowerShell scripting skills.

• Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11, Autopilot, application packaging, patching, and compliance policies.

Preferred: Microsoft Graph, Entra ID, Defender for Endpoint, Conditional Access, and Microsoft certifications.
