Job Description:

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced creative producer to lead the development and delivery of social media content across both organic and paid channels. This role is responsible for managing the creative process from initial brief through final execution, ensuring projects stay aligned with business objectives, stakeholder expectations, compliance requirements, and production timelines.

Working within a collaborative creative production environment, this individual will partner closely with marketing stakeholders, creative teams, media partners, compliance reviewers, video production teams, and agency partners. Success in this role requires balancing strategic objectives with production realities while providing clear visibility into project status, priorities, and risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple social creative initiatives simultaneously, overseeing projects from intake through final delivery across both ongoing content calendars and campaign-based work.
  • Review and refine creative briefs, ensuring business objectives, audience targets, messaging requirements, and channel specifications are clearly defined before concept development begins.
  • Coordinate and manage resources including copywriters, designers, creative leads, and other production contributors.
  • Lead the creative review process, including stakeholder meetings, feedback consolidation, compliance routing, and decision-making throughout each approval cycle.
  • Collaborate with video production teams to transition approved concepts into production, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and business expectations remain aligned through completion.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules that accommodate multiple stakeholder and compliance review cycles.
  • Oversee the management of disclosures, legal language, and content versioning requirements across channels and placements.
  • Prepare and distribute recurring project status communications, highlighting progress, risks, dependencies, and required stakeholder decisions.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal marketing teams, creative leadership, media teams, and external agencies.
  • Proactively identify and address risks related to timelines, scope, budgets, approvals, or resource allocation, providing recommended solutions.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews of final deliverables to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and platform-specific compliance before release.
  • Utilize available performance insights and campaign learnings to inform future creative initiatives and content development.

What Success Looks Like

First 30 Days

  • Successfully assume ownership of active social projects with no disruption to delivery timelines.
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders and creative partners.
  • Take ownership of recurring project status communications and reporting.

First 60 Days

  • Independently manage concepting, review, and approval workflows.
  • Build realistic project timelines that effectively account for stakeholder and compliance review cycles.
  • Demonstrate confidence navigating production processes and cross-functional collaboration.

First 90 Days

  • Become a trusted point of contact for stakeholders across active workstreams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve creative workflows and contribute recommendations that enhance efficiency and execution.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in creative production within an agency, marketing organization, or in-house creative team, with a strong emphasis on social media content.
  • Demonstrated experience leading projects from creative brief through final approval, including stakeholder management, feedback consolidation, and review facilitation.
  • Advanced knowledge of leading social platforms including Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, along with platform specifications, aspect ratios, safe zones, and content adaptation requirements.
  • Working understanding of video production processes, including scripting, storyboarding, editing workflows, post-production, and delivery planning.
  • Experience operating within regulated or highly governed environments where content undergoes compliance, legal, or regulatory review.
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of concurrent deliverables across multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience with Workfront or comparable enterprise project management platforms.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and digital review/collaboration tools used within creative environments.

  • Experience supporting both organic and paid social campaigns while coordinating closely with media planning and buying teams.
