Location: Franklin, WI

Type: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Duration: ASAP - 12/31/2027

Our client's team of Program and Project Managers partners with Field and Client Service organizations to execute strategic, high-priority initiatives that drive business outcomes. We work closely with business and digital stakeholders to deliver projects that improve processes, enhance client experiences, and support organizational goals.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead strategic projects from initiation through completion. In this role, you will partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to define project objectives, establish timelines, coordinate resources, and ensure successful delivery of key initiatives.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, skilled at managing multiple priorities, and capable of navigating complex projects while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. This individual will proactively identify risks, communicate project status, and drive alignment among teams to achieve desired business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Partner with business and digital teams to understand requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
  • Coordinate project activities across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
  • Monitor project progress, dependencies, risks, and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Lead project meetings and provide timely, clear, and actionable status updates.
  • Track and report on project KPIs, metrics, and overall performance against objectives.
  • Maintain project documentation, action items, and governance processes.
  • Facilitate decision-making and help resolve project challenges and roadblocks.
  • Ensure project execution remains aligned with business goals, strategic priorities, and expected outcomes.
  • Foster collaboration and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of project management and/or release management experience.
  • Proven ability to partner with business and digital teams to understand needs, gather requirements, and deliver solutions.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience managing project risks, dependencies, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in project performance measurement, KPI tracking, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across teams.
