We are seeking a Microsoft 365 Copilot Engineer to support, optimize, and expand AI-powered productivity solutions across the enterprise. As part of the End User Engineering Operations team, you will work across Microsoft 365 technologies, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Microsoft 365 Apps, and Copilot.

This role is focused on enabling effective Copilot adoption, developing automation and self-service solutions, and ensuring secure, governed use of AI capabilities. You will collaborate with engineering, security, and business stakeholders to improve productivity, streamline processes, and deliver an exceptional modern workplace experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and operationalize Microsoft Copilot across Microsoft 365 services and applications.
• Enable effective Copilot usage within Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Copilot Chat.
• Develop prompting standards, best practices, and user guidance to maximize adoption and value.
• Design and implement automation and self-service solutions that reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across Microsoft 365 applications, Copilot experiences, and related integrations.
• Partner with security and compliance teams to ensure responsible and secure use of AI technologies.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and support standards.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities for productivity improvements and process optimization.
• Evaluate emerging Microsoft technologies and recommend enhancements that support organizational goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 services in a large enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365, including Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Copilot Chat.
• Strong prompt engineering skills and the ability to translate business needs into effective AI-driven solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience collaborating with business, engineering, security, and compliance stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical documentation and user guidance development.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and initiatives.

Preferred Experience

• Microsoft Graph API and API integration experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 architecture and modern workplace technologies.
• Experience building and managing solutions with Copilot Studio.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Purview, including data governance, retention, sensitivity labeling, and compliance controls.
• Experience developing automation frameworks, operational tools, or self-service capabilities.
