Our client is seeking a Senior Director, Analysis & Engagement to join a growing leadership organization focused on strengthening the way data, analytics, technology, and business teams work together.
This is a newly established leadership opportunity for someone who can bring structure to complex problems, engage senior stakeholders, and turn analysis and insights into decisions that have a measurable business impact.
You will work closely with senior leaders across data, technology, AI, and product to help build a modern, high-performing organization. The role has both a strategic and practical component: you'll help define the direction while also ensuring that ideas translate into meaningful execution.
This position is particularly well suited to a leader who enjoys working across organizational boundaries and can connect the dots between data and analytics capabilities and what the business actually needs.
Establish and drive a clear vision for analysis, insights, and business engagement.
Partner with senior executives to understand priorities and translate them into actionable analytical opportunities.
Bring clarity to complex business questions through thoughtful analysis and strong storytelling.
Build trusted relationships across business, technology, data, and AI teams.
Help create scalable approaches for delivering insights and supporting better decision-making.
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing professionals.
Champion a culture focused on measurable outcomes rather than analysis for analysis's sake.
Identify opportunities to improve how data and insights are communicated, consumed, and acted upon.
Collaborate with other senior leaders to build an integrated and forward-looking data and AI organization.
We're looking for a seasoned leader who combines analytical depth with strong business instincts.
You may come from an analytics, insights, data strategy, business intelligence, consulting, or related leadership background. More important than a specific career path is your ability to:
Influence senior executives and stakeholders.
Simplify complex issues and communicate them clearly.
Connect analytical work to tangible business results.
Lead through ambiguity and organizational change.
Build strong teams and develop future leaders.
Think strategically while maintaining an understanding of execution.
Establish credibility with both business and technical audiences.
The successful candidate will be someone who is curious, pragmatic, collaborative
