We are seeking a mid-to-senior level Industrial Hygienist/Safety Specialist to support occupational health, industrial hygiene, and workplace safety programs. This individual will play a key role in identifying and evaluating workplace hazards, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting safety initiatives, and providing practical risk-control recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct industrial hygiene and safety assessments, including workplace exposure evaluations, hazard assessments, air/noise monitoring, Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), and PPE recommendations.
• Support occupational safety programs and compliance efforts through OSHA recordkeeping, incident investigations, root cause analyses, safety audits, inspections, and corrective action tracking.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including SOPs, policies, reports, incident summaries, training materials, and program records.
• Analyze safety and exposure data to identify trends, improve program effectiveness, and recommend best practices for risk reduction and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with leadership, employees, and stakeholders to promote a proactive safety culture and ensure compliance with applicable occupational health and safety requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related STEM field.
• 6+ years of experience in industrial hygiene, occupational safety, environmental health and safety (EHS), or a related field.
• Experience conducting workplace exposure assessments and developing Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs).
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, recordkeeping requirements, and incident investigation processes.
• Strong technical writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical findings and translate them into practical, actionable recommendations.
