Title: Investment Committee Manager
Location: Tribeca / Lower Manhattan
Duration: 3 month contract with potential for extensions
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Hybrid (3 Days Onsite Weekly)  

About the Opportunity:
Global leader in digital infrastructure is seeking an experienced Investment Committee Manager to take ownership of a critical enterprise-wide governance process that supports strategic decision-making across the organization.

This role is for you if you thrive at the intersection of business operations, process design, governance, stakeholder management, and transformation. The successful candidate will own the end-to-end Investment Committee (IC) operating model, ensuring submissions move efficiently from intake through final decision while creating a consistent, scalable, and high-quality experience for stakeholders across the business.

What You'll Be Doing:
-- Own and manage the Investment Committee operating model from intake through approval and follow-up.
-- Lead the redesign and continuous improvement of IC processes, governance frameworks, documentation, templates, controls, and supporting tools.
-- Ensure all submissions are complete, well-structured, and ready for executive review and decision-making.
-- Establish clear ownership models, governance standards, timelines, and escalation paths.
-- Drive accountability across cross-functional stakeholders while proactively identifying and resolving process bottlenecks.
-- Coordinate Investment Committee meetings and ensure decisions, action items, and approvals are accurately documented and completed.
-- Maintain governance repositories and supporting documentation.
-- Partner with business leaders across multiple functions and global regions to improve process effectiveness and stakeholder experience.
-- Evaluate and implement automation, technology, AI, and workflow improvements where appropriate.
-- Create a scalable, sustainable operating model that reduces reliance on senior leadership intervention.

What We're Looking For:
-- Demonstrated success owning and operating complex cross-functional business processes end-to-end.
-- Strong expertise in process design, governance, controls, documentation, and operational excellence.
-- Proven ability to drive process transformation while maintaining business continuity.
-- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
-- Strong business writing, executive communication, and presentation abilities.
-- Experience establishing structure, challenging assumptions, and driving accountability across diverse stakeholder groups.
-- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and modern collaboration tools.
-- Comfortable working across global teams and multiple time zones.
-- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision in a highly visible role.

Preferred Experience
-- Product development or product management experience.
-- Business process transformation initiatives.
-- Experience treating internal business processes as products with defined users, adoption strategies, and continuous improvement roadmaps.
-- Exposure to automation platforms, workflow tools, and AI-enabled solutions.
-- Experience implementing technology-driven process improvements.
