HR Transformation Project ManagerLocation: Fully Remote (Eastern Time Zone preferred)
Duration: Contract through December 2026
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Transformation Project Manager to support strategic HR transformation initiatives and operating model projects. This role will help keep projects on track by coordinating activities, maintaining project documentation, facilitating stakeholder communication, and monitoring key deliverables and milestones.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with project coordination experience who enjoys working across multiple teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of HR transformation and business improvement initiatives.
- Maintain project plans, timelines, status reports, and milestone trackers.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document key decisions, and track action items.
- Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Assist with stakeholder communications and executive reporting.
- Maintain project documentation, including charters, implementation plans, and decision logs.
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to ensure alignment across project workstreams.
- Support lessons learned reviews and post-implementation activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Project Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, PMO, HR operations, or a related area.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive follow-through on action items.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and Word.
- Experience supporting cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting HR transformation, organizational change, or business transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of HR processes, operating models, or HR technology platforms such as Workday.
- Experience working within large, matrixed organizations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
