Position Overview
Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a portfolio of strategic business and technology initiatives. This individual will partner closely with business stakeholders, product teams, technology partners, and subject matter experts to help define solutions, improve processes, and deliver meaningful business outcomes.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced analyst who enjoys translating complex business needs into actionable requirements while working in a collaborative Agile environment.

Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting business and technology initiatives.
- Experience with data mapping and ER Diagrams.
- Leveraging AI.
- Managing competing priorities within multiple projects.
- Strong experience working within Agile delivery environments.
- Demonstrated experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements.
- Proven ability to analyze processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience creating user stories, workflows, and business documentation.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting customer-facing, operational, or business transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with data, reporting, analytics, or enterprise technology platforms.
- Experience documenting business processes and workflow diagrams.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and solution architects.
- Experience working within large, complex organizations.
- Jira or similar Agile project management tools.
- Reporting and data visualization platforms.
- Analytics and business intelligence tools.
- SQL and data analysis experience.
- Process mapping and workflow documentation tools.
- Testing coordination and validation experience.
