Position Overview

Tier4 Group is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to support a high-performing enterprise PMO responsible for delivering a diverse portfolio of strategic technology initiatives. This role requires a strong project leader who can successfully drive complex projects, manage executive stakeholders, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple technology domains rather than supporting a single application or business function.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple enterprise technology projects through the full project lifecycle.
• Partner with business leaders, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, risk registers, and dependency tracking.
• Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and executive status reviews.
• Identify risks and issues while implementing mitigation and recovery plans.
• Drive accountability across project teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage stakeholder communications across all levels of the organization.
• Prepare and present executive-level project updates and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with PMO standards, governance processes, and project controls.
• Track project budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and financial performance.
• Utilize Jira and related project management tools to effectively manage and report on project progress.
• Coordinate project planning, testing, deployment, and implementation activities.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT Project Management experience within enterprise environments.
• Experience working within a formal PMO structure.
• Proven success managing complex cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Strong Jira experience, including project tracking, reporting, and workflow management.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated executive stakeholder management experience.
• Strong financial management experience, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience leading project recovery efforts and managing project risks.
• Ability to influence without authority and work effectively across technical and business teams.
• Experience leading virtual meetings and workshops using Microsoft Teams or similar collaboration platforms.
• Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, engineering, healthcare technology, or other complex technical environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum, SAFe, or comparable project management certification.
• Exposure to AI, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, software development, or data analytics projects.
• Experience supporting regulated or audited organizations.
• Familiarity with enterprise governance and project compliance processes.
