Tier4 Group is partnering with an enterprise organization embarking on a major Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation. We're seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Cloud Infrastructure Architect to lead the design, implementation, security, and governance of a new Oracle Fusion environment. This is a true greenfield opportunity where you'll help establish the architecture, standards, security model, and operational framework for the organization's Oracle ecosystem. Rather than inheriting an existing environment, you'll play a key role in building it from the ground up while serving as the organization's Oracle Fusion subject matter expert.

What You'll Do

• Own the Oracle Fusion Cloud technical architecture and OCI strategy
• Define and govern DEV, TEST, UAT, and PROD environments
• Design Oracle Fusion security, RBAC, SoD, and identity management frameworks
• Lead Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and enterprise integration standards
• Establish environment refresh, cloning, patching, disaster recovery, and operational processes
• Partner with security, infrastructure, business stakeholders, and Oracle implementation teams
• Create architecture documentation, governance standards, and best practices
• Serve as the Oracle Fusion SME and mentor internal teams

Required Experience

• Significant hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture
• Strong Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) expertise
• Experience designing Oracle Fusion security and identity solutions
• Enterprise integration architecture experience
• Experience supporting or leading Oracle Fusion implementations
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure principles
• Experience with disaster recovery, resiliency, and high-availability design
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proven ability to lead through influence rather than direct authority

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications
• OCI certifications
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience
• Experience with Azure AD, Okta, LDAP, or other IAM platforms
• Knowledge of SOX, SOC, NIST, or audit/compliance frameworks
• Experience partnering with Oracle consulting or implementation firms
• Experience in highly regulated or enterprise environments
