What You'll Do
As a Senior Healthcare Informatics Analyst, you'll serve as a trusted analytics partner, delivering meaningful insights that help shape pharmacy strategy and improve healthcare outcomes.
Your Responsibilities
- Analyze pharmacy claims, utilization trends, medication adherence, and drug cost data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build advanced dashboards, reports, and predictive models that support strategic business initiatives.
- Partner with Pharmacy, Clinical, Finance, Actuarial, and IT teams to solve complex business challenges using data.
- Develop analytics that improve formulary performance, pharmacy utilization management, and medication adherence.
- Leverage Databricks, SQL, SAS, and enterprise data sources to deliver actionable business intelligence.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear recommendations for business and executive leadership.
- Validate data quality and ensure reporting accuracy across multiple data sources.
- Support population health, value-based care, and pharmacy quality initiatives.
- Identify trends, cost drivers, and opportunities that improve operational efficiency and reduce pharmacy spend.
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, reporting enhancements, and innovative analytical solutions.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, Public Health, Computer Science, Statistics, Analytics, Economics, or another quantitative discipline (or equivalent experience).
- 4+ years of healthcare analytics experience.
- Strong experience working in healthcare payer or managed care environments.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Experience analyzing large healthcare datasets and healthcare claims.
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical audiences.
