Senior Materials Manager (Onsite – Irving, TX)

We’re working with a global organization that has recently launched a brand-new, large-scale supply chain operation that is growing at an incredible pace. In a short amount of time, they’ve built a highly complex, high-volume environment that is already performing at a high level, but still has a lot of opportunity to mature.

Because of that growth, they’re looking to bring in a senior leader who can help bring more structure, consistency, and visibility across the operation.

What You’ll Do

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll step in and help connect the dots across a fast-moving supply chain environment.

• Lead and develop managers across key operational areas
• Take ownership of projects that need stronger direction and follow-through
• Use data to identify opportunities and improve performance
• Help standardize processes and build more scalable ways of working
• Partner closely with senior leadership to take pressure off day-to-day operations

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys stepping into environments that aren’t fully built yet and helping bring order and clarity.

What They’re Looking For

• 10–15+ years of experience across supply chain functions (planning, inventory, warehouse, etc.)
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced operations
• Proven leadership experience managing managers and larger teams
• Strong data and Excel skills with the ability to turn insights into action
• Experience working in a high-volume, serialized inventory environment
• Process-oriented mindset (Lean or continuous improvement exposure)
