Are you an expert in integration architecture who’s ready to take ownership of strategy, design, and delivery? We’re looking for a MuleSoft Architect to lead enterprise-level integration initiatives within a fast-paced, tech-forward organization in the healthcare and employee benefits space.
This is more than just a development role—you’ll guide the vision, mentor a talented team of developers, and work directly with business and technology leaders to implement scalable, high-performance integration solutions that drive critical business functions.
Architect and design robust integration solutions using MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform
Lead the full project lifecycle—from requirements gathering through deployment and support
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate goals into technical integrations
Provide hands-on leadership to a team of MuleSoft developers—reviewing code, setting best practices, and fostering technical growth
Troubleshoot complex integration issues and lead resolution efforts
Promote reusability and maintainability by documenting architecture and building reusable assets
Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in the integration space
Strong experience as a MuleSoft Architect, with hands-on development and leadership
Deep understanding of integration architecture, design patterns, and system interoperability
Proficiency with the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (API Manager, CloudHub, DataWeave)
Solid experience working with REST and SOAP APIs, microservices, and asynchronous integration
Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and version control tools
Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams
Experience mentoring developers, leading code reviews, and defining coding standards
MuleSoft certifications (Architect or Developer) strongly preferred
Exposure to other integration platforms (Boomi, Apigee, Kafka)
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Agile/Scrum team experience
Knowledge of data security and compliance in integration work
