Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Senior Business Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce implementations, business analysis, and Agile methodologies. This individual will play a key role in translating business needs into Salesforce technology solutions, with a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities and functional flow.

The Salesforce Senior Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, manage system integrations, and ensure the successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Analysis and Administration: Understand business needs and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform. Create and maintain documentation of project requirements, processes, and system functionality.

• Requirements Gathering: Facilitate and document detailed functional, technical, and data requirements using Agile Scrum methodologies. Create user stories and maintain project artifacts.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Guide the development team and ensure project deliverables align with business expectations.

• System Integration: Coordinate the integration of Salesforce with external systems such as ERPs, CRMs, marketing automation platforms, and third-party applications.

• User Training and Adoption: Develop training programs to ensure proper usage and adoption of Salesforce solutions across teams. Provide ongoing support and guidance.

• Reporting & Dashboards: Create reports and dashboards for teams and stakeholders to provide visibility into Salesforce usage and business performance.

• Salesforce Configuration: Manage custom configurations and support applications built using the Lightning Web Components (LWC) framework.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience: Over 10 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and user story development. At least 8 years of experience as a business analyst in Salesforce Lightning Cloud Platform.

• Salesforce Expertise: Extensive experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, and third-party application integrations.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce APIs, Apex Programming, Flows, LWC, SOQL, and data migrations.

• Project Leadership: Proven ability to lead digital transformation initiatives and deliver CRM solutions on time and within budget.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to facilitate workshops and translate technical requirements into actionable business solutions.

• Data Management: Hands-on experience with data import/export and metadata updates.

• Reporting Tools: Solid experience creating reports and dashboards in Salesforce.

• Tools: Experience with tools like Figma for illustrating requirements and processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Location: Local to Atlanta, GA, or willing to travel for on-site collaboration.

• Salesforce Certification: Salesforce Business Analyst or Administrator certification is preferred.

• Data Analytics Skills: Familiarity with Excel VLOOKUP and strong data quality management skills in a Salesforce environment.
