• Project Management & Delivery
• Take charge of multiple software development projects collaborating closely with our Program Manager and PMO.
• Orchestrate the entire SDLC journey—from brainstorming to launch—ensuring projects hit the road on time, on budget, and with top-notch quality.
• Keep projects on track by aligning to roadmaps, flagging risks, and clearing roadblocks before they slow us down.
• Build and execute detailed project plans, juggling internal teams and third-party partners to deliver results that wow our customers.

• Be the glue connecting product management, IT, marketing, sales, and support—ensuring a smooth ride from project kickoff to post-launch support.
• Lead and inspire onshore and offshore Agile teams, creating a culture where collaboration and accountability thrive.
• Forge strong relationships with stakeholders and resource teams, using your expertise and creativity to solve even the trickiest challenges.

• Show off your project progress with clear, data-driven updates—think earned value, key milestones, and resource utilization.
• Use smart metrics to spot risks, prioritize work, and guide decision-making.
• Keep everyone in the loop with regular status reports, dashboards, and meetings.

• 5+ years' experience managing complex tech projects with multiple development teams
• Solid technical chops—background in software engineering, DevOps, or IT SaaS project management.
• 3+ years' experience deep in SDLC, Scrum, and scaled Agile practices.
• Master multitasker: skilled at managing costs, scope, resources, timelines, and financials using Jira, Smartsheet, and MS Teams.
• Pro with Excel, MS Office, Jira, and Smartsheet.

• Experience leading onshore-offshore Agile teams.
• Proven governance, dependency management, and delivery optimization skills.
• Top-tier communicator—whether you’re presenting to sponsors or collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s with 4 years, or equivalent hands-on project leadership.
• PMI PMP, SAFe, or equivalent project management certification.

• Hands-on experience with freight, intermodal transport, or supply chain logistics in enterprise SaaS—especially Truck or Rail TMS.
• Smartsheet and Jira ninja skills.
• Experience managing projects with AI technologies.
