Location: Milwaukee, WI or 100% remote

Overview:

We're seeking a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in ServiceNow HRSD to lead design, development, and implementation efforts that improve HR processes and the employee experience. This role will partner closely with HR and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions, streamline operations, and support user training and documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure ServiceNow HRSD modules, including the Employee Service Center and integrations with Workday

• Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions

• Customize workflows and troubleshoot application issues

• Identify opportunities to automate and optimize HR processes

• Deliver training and maintain clear documentation on system use and customizations

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience implementing and managing ServiceNow HRSD in a corporate setting

• Strong understanding of HR process automation and ServiceNow capabilities

• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Workday

• ServiceNow certifications: CAD and CSA

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist Certification

• Experience with additional ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM or CSM)

• Familiarity with general HR practices and compliance
