Location: Milwaukee, WI - MUST BE LOCAL

Job Description:
Are you passionate about driving change and delivering measurable business value? Join our Fortune 500 Client's Finance Transformation team as a Program Manager and play a pivotal role in guiding critical finance initiatives from conception through rollout and ongoing optimization. You’ll partner closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure seamless execution of medium‑complexity portfolios.
Lead End-to-End Programs: Own moderately sized, medium‑complexity portfolios—managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and business value.
Strategic Planning: Define program objectives and deliverables, create detailed roadmaps, and adjust plans as priorities evolve.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Build trusted relationships with finance leaders, IT partners, and external vendors to align on goals and remove roadblocks.
Interdependency Management: Identify cross‑team dependencies, surface potential conflicts, and coordinate resolution strategies.
Data‑Driven Reporting: Develop and maintain program metrics, dashboards, and status reports to keep leadership informed and support continuous improvement.
Industry & Organizational Insight: Leverage deep knowledge of finance best practices and company initiatives to guide program decisions.
Change Leadership: Champion change management activities—communicate updates, manage expectations, and drive adoption of new processes and tools.
Experience: 5+ years of program / project management experience in finance (including investments) and business transformation settings. Business requirements gathering and writing.
Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or related field; PMP/PMI certification is a plus.
Technical Savvy: Familiarity with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid) and common PM tools.
Leadership & Influence: Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus.
Analytical Mindset: Strong problem‑solving skills with a data‑oriented approach to decision‑making.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication—capable of crafting clear reports and engaging presentations.
Adaptability: Comfortable managing multiple programs simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
