Location: Hybrid - Alpharetta, GA (3 days onsite preferred)
Duration: 9–12 months

A global supply chain software company with 1,200 employees across 22 countries, is seeking a Workday Integration Consultant to support a major global payroll transformation. This project involves integrating Workday with ADP GlobalView, with downstream connections to NetSuite. The ideal consultant will act as a techno-functional liaison between internal stakeholders, external vendors, and global HR/payroll teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the point person for all Workday-to-ADP integration efforts.

• Validate data mappings and integration file formats to ensure successful transmission from Workday to ADP.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal IT, finance, HR, and external vendor teams (TopBloc, ADP, Workday PS).

• Troubleshoot ongoing file formatting and error resolution issues in Workday/ADP integrations.

• Leverage expertise to guide best practices for global payroll integrations and regulatory compliance (especially for countries like Germany and India).

• Support knowledge transfer from existing third-party vendors and ensure documentation for future rollouts.

• Assist with strategic planning for remaining global entity integrations, targeted to be complete by year-end.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of Workday HCM integration experience (techno-functional preferred).

• Experience integrating Workday HCM with ADP GlobalView or similar global payroll platforms.

• Strong understanding of global HR/payroll requirements, especially for EMEA and APAC (Germany, India, etc.).

• Ability to interpret file formats/specs and ensure compliance with country-specific payroll processing needs.

• Comfortable liaising between internal teams and external vendors to drive execution.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

• Attention to detail is critical – resumes with grammar/spelling issues may not be reviewed.

Bonus Points:

• Previous experience working with or transitioning from Workday integrators.

• Familiarity with NetSuite is a plus but not required (Finance team owns that integration).

• Prior experience working in a multi-entity, multinational environment.
