Job Title: Product Owner – eCommerce
Job Type: Full-time position is based in Atlanta/Peachtree Corners, GA area
Work Schedule: Hybrid with 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
Our client is seeking a Product Owner, eCommerce to play a critical role in driving revenue and attendance goals by overseeing the design, development, implementation, and ongoing optimization of their Integrated Commerce platform. This individual will take full ownership of requirements, lead sprint cycles, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless digital commerce experiences.
Marketing & eCommerce Strategy
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the eCommerce platform and act as the primary liaison with internal stakeholders and external partners for ongoing support and enhancements.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with various business units to identify and prioritize digital commerce needs.
Translate business and technical needs into detailed requirements and user stories, driving development in an Agile environment.
Guide cross-functional teams through journey mapping and process design to ensure executable and scalable user experiences.
Monitor industry trends, especially in tourism, attractions, and leisure, to identify competitive opportunities and enhancements.
Product & Agile Ownership
Lead the breakdown of epics into actionable user stories and manage sprint planning and execution in collaboration with Agile teams.
Provide ongoing product backlog prioritization and iteration planning.
Collaborate with QA and internal stakeholders for user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality and user satisfaction.
Support the configuration and integration of third-party solutions, particularly in commerce and ticketing ecosystems.
Produce and maintain high-quality documentation including charters, business requirements, and product support materials.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, communications, or digital-related field.
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in marketing technology or eCommerce management and execution.
Strong marketing analytics and reporting skills.
Proven leadership experience in product or marketing-related roles.
Strong understanding of API integrations and product-level system connectivity.
Demonstrated experience working in Agile environments with 2-week sprint cycles.
