Job Title: Data Analyst / BI Developer

Location: Texas (Remote with occasional in-office requirement: 2 days/month)
Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Data Analyst/BI Developer to join a purpose-driven data team focused on developing dashboards, monitoring AI models, and enhancing internal reporting products. This newly created position offers the opportunity to shape how data insights are delivered and used across the organization.

In this role, you’ll work closely with senior analysts, data scientists, and product teams to build data solutions that inform decision-making and support operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards for tracking AI model performance, including metrics such as bias, drift, and output accuracy.

  • Support and enhance existing internal data products used for operational and strategic insights.

  • Perform data integration and analysis using Python to enable automation and improve data workflows.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with analysts, data scientists, and product stakeholders to ensure accuracy and usability of insights.

  • Apply foundational statistical methods to validate data integrity and interpret findings.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and optimize data processes.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Information Systems, Public Health, Business Analytics).

  • Proficient in Power BI, including strong skills in DAX, Power Query, and dashboard/report development.

  • Experience using Python for data transformation, analysis, or automation.

  • Solid understanding of basic statistics and how to apply them in a business context.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Must reside in Texas and be able to work remotely with occasional in-person meetings (minimum two days per month).


Preferred Qualifications

  • Background working with healthcare data or in a data-driven role supporting healthcare-related initiatives.

  • Familiarity with evaluating AI model performance or working with data science teams.
