CRO Specialist
Perm/Full-Time Position
Based in Sandy, Springs GA
Hybrid work environment (4 days onsite / 1 day remote)
We're looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist who thrives on data, design, and experimentation. In this role, you’ll take ownership of optimizing user journeys, funnel performance, and conversion rates across a variety of web properties — from service-specific landing pages to comparison-based consumer platforms.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead CRO initiatives across product funnels, landing pages, and comparison tool
- Design and implement A/B and multivariate tests using platforms like VWO, Optimizely, or AB Tasty
- Audit user journeys to identify UX issues, friction points, and conversion barrier
- Collaborate with SEO/content teams to align experiments with user intent and search behavior
- Partner with paid media teams to enhance landing page effectiveness and campaign ROI
- Leverage analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar, Clarity, BigQuery) to surface insights and track performance
- Recommend UI/UX improvements that improve CVR, LTV, and lead quality
- Report on test outcomes, ROI, and optimization opportunities to cross-functional teams
- Stay current with trends in user behavior, search experience, and device usage
What You Bring:
- 3–5+ years of experience in CRO, performance UX, or experimentation—preferably in an agency or multi-brand setting
- Deep knowledge of testing frameworks, conversion strategy, and UX best practices
- Hands-on experience with tools like GA4, GTM, heatmaps, and testing platforms
- A proven track record of successful tests (e.g., improved CVR, reduced CPL)
- Strong understanding of landing page structure, CTA placement, and information architecture
- Working knowledge of SEO and how it intersects with UX and CRO
- Experience optimizing funnels in telecom, utilities, or comparison shopping environments would be a big plus.
