Job Description:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced professional to support our Client's Retirement Disbursal Services team. In this role, you’ll help execute customized retirement strategies that align with clients’ financial plans and internal algorithms. You’ll work directly with advisor teams to ensure seamless implementation of retirement disbursal workflows and ongoing support for client servicing needs.
Analyze financial plans to assess retirement strategy compatibility with disbursal workflows.
Establish servicing instructions, monitor daily cash flow, and follow up with advisor teams on discrepancies.
Support algorithmic decision-making processes for client withdrawals using complex software.
Prepare and review proposed investment trades for presentation to advisor teams.
Provide timely responses to advisor team inquiries and follow up on retirement-related requests.
Participate in ongoing relationship management with advisor practices, including regular check-ins and feedback sharing.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Product, Digital Product, and Financial Planning Services.
Input and track retirement plan data; perform numerical analysis and share insights with the team and leadership.
Produce detailed, high-quality reporting and analysis to support the team’s efforts.
Assist in onboarding new advisor practices and nurture relationships over time.
Contribute to strategic planning and discussions focused on scalability, efficiency, and service enhancement.
Recommend and implement updates to procedures to maintain compliance with program and regulatory requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and Series 6 or 7 preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, including brokerage and advisory platforms.
Proficiency in Envestnet and Next360 preferred.
In-depth understanding of retirement services and operational workflows.
Strong consultative skills, especially with high-performing advisor teams and complex financial practices.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Background or strong knowledge in retirement planning, personal finance, tax, and financial operations.
Proven ability to develop and manage operational processes and identify process improvement opportunities.
Self-motivated and collaborative with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Banking knowledge
