Job Title: .Net Maui Developer
Location: Remote


Position Overview:

We’re looking for a skilled developer to join our team and help build modern, scalable applications using a blend of mobile, web, and cloud technologies. In this role, you'll design and implement features across both the front-end and back-end, delivering seamless user experiences for cross-platform solutions. Your primary tools will include .NET MAUI, XAML, C#, React, and Azure, and you'll collaborate closely with product, design, and DevOps teams to bring ideas to life.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform applications using .NET MAUI and XAML for mobile and desktop environments.

  • Build and support cloud-native services and APIs using Azure and C#.

  • Develop modern, interactive web interfaces with React that align with performance and accessibility standards.

  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers and other developers to transform product requirements into scalable solutions.

  • Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle—from architecture and coding to testing and deployment.

  • Optimize application performance across platforms and proactively address technical debt or bottlenecks.

  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.

  • Contribute to code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and helping define coding standards.

  • Troubleshoot issues across the full stack and provide timely solutions in development and production environments.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.

  • 3+ years of experience in full stack software development.

  • Proficiency in C# and .NET technologies, including recent experience with .NET MAUI.

  • Strong front-end development skills using React, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

  • Hands-on experience building cloud-native applications using Microsoft Azure (e.g., App Services, Azure Functions, Cosmos DB, etc.).

  • Solid understanding of XAML for building user interfaces in cross-platform apps.

  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, authentication/authorization, and secure development practices.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and an agile mindset.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
