We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Design Lead to lead visual execution and design direction for all assigned creative projects. This role plays a critical part in shaping our visual identity, developing compelling creative across channels, and collaborating closely with the broader creative and marketing teams.
The ideal candidate brings a refined design aesthetic, strong storytelling capabilities, and the ability to translate business goals into effective and engaging visual experiences.
Specific Duties:
- Lead design and art direction for assigned creative work
- Create and deliver high-quality visual assets across a wide range of formats, including advertising campaigns, sales and product collateral, social media graphics, presentations, reports, web and email graphics, infographics, and video graphics
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to concept and execute brand-aligned solutions
- Help evolve and maintain the brand identity system and digital asset library
- Build and manage scalable design templates that support consistent creative output
- Translate complex business needs and project briefs into compelling visual narratives
- Support the refinement and evolution of the brand’s design language
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
- Insurance or Investment Banking industry experience, or similar industry experience is required.
- 8+ years of B2B experience in graphic or visual design (in-house or agency)
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)
- Proven experience designing effective visual solutions from conception to completion
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating creative range and brand storytelling
- Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail, hierarchy, and layout
- Ability to craft visual narratives that resonate with target audiences
- Proactive use of AI tools to enhance design workflow, ideation, or asset generation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
- Open to feedback and iterative design processes
- Experience developing and managing a large brand identity system
- Experience with motion graphics and storyboarding process a plus.
