Job Title: Field Services Technician III
Location: Atlanta, GA 30322 (Various Sites)

Position Summary:
The Field Services Technician III plays a key role in supporting end users across multiple work sites in the Atlanta area. Under the direction of the Field Services Leads and the Field Services Manager, this role provides onsite technical support for hardware, software, and printing issues within a Windows domain environment. This individual is also responsible for fulfilling service requests, consulting with customers, and participating in training for new technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on support for hardware, software, and peripheral troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Support users at various Atlanta-area sites; travel is required between work locations.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and end-user support with a strong emphasis on communication and professionalism.
- Respond to and resolve technical incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
- Participate in desktop-related projects and service request fulfillment.
- Collaborate with Field Services Leads to support daily operations and technician onboarding.
- Maintain detailed documentation of issues and resolutions in ticketing systems.
- Operate independently and manage time effectively to meet service level expectations and project deadlines.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or related field; OR
Three (3) years of relevant information technology experience; OR
Five (5) years of information technology experience with no degre - Highly proficient in troubleshooting Windows-based systems and common office applications.
- A+ Certification or another IT-related certification preferred.
