We're seeking two dynamic and experience Principal Solution Engineers to join a newly established AI and emerging solutions team for with one of the largest healthcare providers in Georgia.

These senior-level roles focuses on building scalable, high-impact software and services that power both clinical and business systems. You'll lead solution design, collaborate across engineering and business teams, and help shape the future of healthcare technology. The ideal candidate will bring deep engineering expertise, a passion for solving complex technical challenges, and a strong understanding of modern architecture patterns.

Candidates can work fully remotely out of the following states: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Wisconsin, Indiana, Virginia, Ohio

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a hands-on technical leader within a high-performing Agile team.
  • Design, build, and optimize full-stack applications, services, and enterprise systems.
  • Participate in architectural reviews and recommend robust, scalable alternatives.
  • Collaborate with application, data, and automation teams to ensure cohesive solution design and delivery.
  • Interface with business stakeholders to understand workflows, use cases, and system requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of architectural standards and best practices.
  • Mentor peers and teams by sharing knowledge of advanced technologies, frameworks, and patterns.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging tools and methodologies to stay ahead of industry trends.

Required Experience:

  • 7+ years in software engineering, automation, or architecture
  • Experience with full-stack development and event-driven architecture
  • Proficient in C#, Java, Python, Kotlin, and/or Node.js
  • Strong database skills: SQL, NoSQL, BigQuery, Snowflake
  • Strong background in both on-prem and cloud environments 
  • Proficiency with containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience with SSO systems (OAuth2, SAML)

What will set you apart?

  • Experience with healthcare data (EHRs, HL7/FHIR), AI/ML deployment, and MLOps practices.
