Senior Manager, Marketing Systems & Insights

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – 2+ days/week onsite)
Type: Full-Time/ Direct Hire | Base Salary + Bonus

We’re partnering with a high-impact, mission-driven company in the insurance and healthcare space that’s modernizing its marketing function - and they’re looking for a Senior Manager of Marketing Systems & Insights to lead the charge.

This is a unique opportunity to own and optimize the martech stack, build scalable analytics infrastructure, and bring automation and AI-powered tools into the marketing workflow. You'll be part of a lean, collaborative team with visibility at the highest levels and the chance to shape how marketing gets done.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and optimize the marketing technology stack (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CMS, analytics tools, AI integrations)

  • Build and manage email campaigns, landing pages, and marketing journeys

  • Lead performance reporting across the funnel—dashboards, KPIs, ROI, and attribution

  • Manage content and structure for the corporate website

  • Support SEO execution in collaboration with external agency partners

  • Ensure data compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and serve as marketing’s lead in Agile/IT initiatives

Must-Have Experience

  • 5+ years in marketing operations, analytics, or systems management

  • Hands-on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (emails, journeys, landing pages)

  • Experience managing CMS platforms and digital content workflows

  • Strong command of marketing analytics frameworks, reporting, and data visualization

  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, IT, and vendors

  • Process-minded with strong organizational and project leadership skills

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience using AI tools for content, segmentation, or predictive insights

  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Power BI, and/or Google Analytics

  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS

  • Experience in regulated industries (insurance, healthcare, or financial services)

  • SEO tools knowledge (e.g., SEMrush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog)

  • Exposure to ABM platforms (e.g., Demandbase, 6Sense)
