The Opportunity

We are looking for a Charles River Team Leader to drive innovation, mentor a talented team, and lead the design, development, and implementation of the Charles River platform and related workflows. Reporting to the VP for Portfolio Management Technology, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing business processes and ensuring technology solutions support our continued growth.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of Charles River implementers, business analysts, and testers to deliver high-quality, on-time solutions.
• Oversee external consultants and professional service resources, ensuring alignment with company standards.
• Cultivate strong relationships with business stakeholders, end-user teams, and Charles River teams, including SaaS production support and product teams.
• Partner with Product Owners and Project Managers to ensure requirements are met with effective solutions.
• Establish and manage a support model in collaboration with Charles River SaaS teams and internal resources.
• Drive improvements in business process optimization, architecture, and solution design.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, proposing strategic technology recommendations that enhance performance and scalability.
• Lead talent development initiatives, including performance evaluations, mentorship, and career growth opportunities.
• Communicate technology updates and innovations across teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of industry experience in developing, deploying, and supporting Charles River technology solutions.
• Strong background in Investment Technology (Wealth Management), with a focus on the Buy-Side sector.
• Expertise in Trading and Portfolio Management (OMS) platforms.
• Proven ability to lead teams of 7+ members, delivering projects that meet business expectations.
• Broad technical experience across system development, architecture, cloud-based solutions, and integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies to drive efficient and high-quality software development.
