Job Description
Required Skills: Minimum 5 years of related recruiting experience, to include Experienced Hire recruiting experience. Experience recruiting for various different skillsets Experience with high-volume recruiting and sourcing techniques in a fast-paced environment Consultative approach toward clients with proven experience influencing others and building strong relationships with PPMD level business leaders and hiring teams Experience with multiple interview channels, including video (HireVue) technology Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems, including AvaturePreferred Skills: Creative sourcing methods Experience with Ad-hoc reporting Experience working with PowerPoint and data tools Day to Day Responsibilities: Recruiting, sourcing, screening candidates and managing internal clients
