About the Job:
NECIC Staffing is currently accepting applications for upcoming Circuit Board Assembler opportunities with a well-established manufacturing company in the Wadsworth area. We are seeking detail-oriented individuals with electronic assembly experience who can accurately read schematics and assemble circuit boards to meet quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:
Assemble printed circuit boards and electronic components according to work instructions and schematics
Read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and assembly drawings
Install, solder, and secure electronic components using hand tools and assembly equipment
Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy
Identify and report defects or production issues
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
Perform other assembly and production duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous circuit board or electronic assembly experience preferred
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics is required
Experience working with small components and precision hand tools
Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods throughout the shift
Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay & Schedule:
Pay: $16.00–$18.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
