About the Job:
NECIC Staffing is seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals for current and future food production opportunities with local employers. This position involves preparing, processing, packaging, and shipping food products in a fast-paced production environment.

What You Will Do:
• Prepare and process food products according to company standards and recipes
• Measure, weigh, count, and record ingredients and finished products
• Operate food production and packaging equipment safely
• Monitor production processes and maintain quality standards
• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment
• Maintain accurate production records
• Clean and sanitize equipment, workstations, and production areas
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines
• Assist with loading and organizing products for distribution

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 80 pounds occasionally
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift throughout the shift
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to work around heat, cold temperatures, steam, noise, and food production equipment
• Reliable transportation and attendance
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 80 pounds occasionally
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift throughout the shift
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to work around heat, cold temperatures, steam, noise, and food production equipment

Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, food production, kitchen, bakery, deli, or production experience
• Experience operating production or packaging equipment
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
