Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Monday–Friday
2nd Shift

About the Job:
We are seeking a Robotic Welding Operator to support production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves operating robotic welding equipment, ensuring quality parts, and keeping production running efficiently.

What You Will Do:
Operate and monitor robotic welding machines

Load and unload parts from the welding cell

Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy

Perform basic troubleshooting and report issues

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines

Skills:
Strong attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills

Ability to follow directions and production standards

Reliable with good time management

Works well independently and with a team

Maintains safety awareness at all times

What You Need:
Manufacturing or welding experience preferred (robotic welding is a plus)

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed

Dependable and professional behavior

Must have a clean background

Pay:
Based on experience and work history
