Full-Time or Part-Time Counselor Assistant Positions – 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift

Currently seeking reliable and compassionate individuals to join our team for full-time or Part-Time 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift positions. This is a rewarding opportunity to support individuals in recovery in a structured, residential environment.

Requirements:

• Must be willing to complete Medication Administration and CPR training (provided)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support residents during assigned shift
• Make beds and maintain cleanliness of living areas
• Assist with meal preparation as needed
• Educate and lead residents through safety drills
• Support the training and orientation of new staff
• Answer phone calls and provide appropriate assistance or direction
• Understand and educate residents on house rules and policies
• Accurately document and prepare notes on resident behaviors, incidents, and progress

This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to help others in their recovery journey.
