Job Description

The Salesforce support is responsible for supporting a migration from MemberSuite to Salesforce.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Support testing Salesforce ensuring data integrity and validity
• Assist in creating training resources to staff to ensure that data management procedures are understood and practiced consistently.
• Assist in editing, organizing and consolidating materials, including testing scripts, results, SOPs, etc.
• Perform manual updates and migration of data from the current system and excel sheets to the new database, as needed.
• Troubleshoot Salesforce performance issues and escalate to manager as appropriate for resolution.
• Support third party implementation and maintenance of native Salesforce solutions, including events, committees, eMarketing, abstract management, etc.
• Assist in development of standard database reports and customize base-line reports, as needed.
• Create and run database queries for ad-hoc information retrieval as requested.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience:
• High School Diploma
• Two (2) years of relevant experience working with Salesforce and association management software

Qualifications:
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce NPSP
• Knowledge of data integrity processes and best practices
• Strong knowledge of excel features to help with data migration projects
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service
• Ability to work successfully as a member of a team and independently with general supervision
• Skill in identifying basic to intermediate problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
• Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations in a professional manner
• Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines
• Ability to accurately prepare and maintain records, files, and reports and ability to review documents and data for accuracy
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products, association management systems (AMS), customer relationship management (CRM), and project management tools (Asana preferrable)
• WordPress experience is a bonus
