The Salesforce support is responsible for supporting a migration from MemberSuite to Salesforce.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Support testing Salesforce ensuring data integrity and validity
Assist in creating training resources to staff to ensure that data management procedures are understood and practiced consistently.
Assist in editing, organizing and consolidating materials, including testing scripts, results, SOPs, etc.
Perform manual updates and migration of data from the current system and excel sheets to the new database, as needed.
Troubleshoot Salesforce performance issues and escalate to manager as appropriate for resolution.
Support third party implementation and maintenance of native Salesforce solutions, including events, committees, eMarketing, abstract management, etc.
Assist in development of standard database reports and customize base-line reports, as needed.
Create and run database queries for ad-hoc information retrieval as requested.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma
Two (2) years of relevant experience working with Salesforce and association management software
Strong knowledge of Salesforce NPSP
Knowledge of data integrity processes and best practices
Strong knowledge of excel features to help with data migration projects
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service
Ability to work successfully as a member of a team and independently with general supervision
Skill in identifying basic to intermediate problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations in a professional manner
Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines
Ability to accurately prepare and maintain records, files, and reports and ability to review documents and data for accuracy
Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products, association management systems (AMS), customer relationship management (CRM), and project management tools (Asana preferrable)
WordPress experience is a bonus
