Job Description:
We are seeking a permanent Project Manager for our construction projects in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will preferably hold a BS in Construction Management or Engineering and possess 3-10 years of construction project management experience. Previous JOC (Job Order Contracting) experience is a plus. Strong skills in customer service and communication, time management, problem-solving, and negotiation are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee construction projects from initiation to completion
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specifications
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members
- Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets
- Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during construction
- Maintain high standards of quality and safety
