We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our Commercial Development team in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in civil engineering and hold a Professional Engineer (PE) certification. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of commercial development projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and prepare engineering plans, designs, and specifications for commercial development projects.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Perform technical analysis and provide recommendations for project improvements.
- Oversee construction activities and ensure project quality and safety.
