FULL DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Packing Forklift Associate to support packing, shipping, material handling, and warehouse operations. This role is responsible for preparing products for shipment, operating forklifts, staging materials, loading outbound trucks, verifying product quantities, and helping ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse or shipping experience, forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Packing, inspecting, and preparing products for shipment according to company standards
• Safely operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts
• Moving and staging materials throughout the warehouse
• Loading outbound trucks accurately and efficiently
• Verifying product quantities prior to shipment
• Confirming packaging requirements are met
• Supporting shipping and order fulfillment activities
• Maintaining accurate and organized packing and shipping areas
• Following warehouse safety procedures and company policies
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors
• Supporting general warehouse duties as assigned

The selected candidate will also possess:

• 1 to 2 years of warehouse, packing, shipping, or related experience preferred
• 1 to 2 years of forklift operating experience preferred
• Experience operating sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts preferred
• Strong attention to detail required
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to speak, read, and communicate effectively in English
• Reliable and punctual work style required
• Strong teamwork and communication skills required
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work onsite in Redlands, CA

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
• Ability to frequently bend, reach, stoop, squat, and move throughout warehouse and shipping areas
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely
• Ability to load, unload, stage, pack, and move products and materials as needed
• Ability to perform repetitive warehouse and packing tasks while maintaining accuracy
• Ability to visually inspect products, packaging, labels, and shipment quantities
• Ability to work around forklifts, pallets, shipping materials, warehouse equipment, and normal warehouse activity
• Ability to wear required PPE and follow all applicable warehouse and safety procedures
• Ability to maintain focus, accuracy, and attention to detail throughout the shift
