HR Business Partner – TalentZok

• Extensive experience working with ADP Workforce Now representatives
• Experience running payroll for 100+ employees
• Experience with leave management and benefit administration

FULL DESCRIPTION:

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Partnering with our internal HR lead and benefits broker to prepare for Open Enrollment, including drafting employee communications
• Liaising with the ADP support team to troubleshoot issues related to payroll, benefits, and system configurations
• Assisting in managing carrier feeds and benefits-related vendor coordination
• Supporting broader HR functions including recruiting, ATS usage, and general employee support
• Being available to jump in wherever needed across our HR team, which handles everything from payroll to employee relations

The selected candidate will also possess:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfort navigating HR systems and acting as a point of contact with vendors and external partners
• Previous experience working on a lean or collaborative HR team
• Familiarity with talent management or employee relations a plus

Salary Range: $40.00/hour
